Paint Stucco, Soffits and Window Trim for Residential Home

This project in Saskatoon, SK was all about making a statement. The clients wanted to refresh their stucco exterior with a deep red color that would add curb appeal and personality to their home. Our goal was to deliver a clean, professional finish that would last for years while enhancing the home’s character.We began with a full power wash of the stucco exterior to remove dirt, dust, and loose debris, ensuring the surface was properly prepared for painting. Once the surface had thoroughly dried, we masked off all windows, soffits, and doors to protect those areas and achieve crisp, clean lines. The body of the home received two full coats of Cloverdale CoverCoat Exterior Latex Paint, applied by sprayer for even coverage and efficient application on the textured stucco surface. To complete the project, the concrete steps were hand-rolled with two coats of the same high-quality product, providing a cohesive and durable finish. The bold red color transformed the look of the home, adding warmth and vibrancy. The clients were thrilled with the result and the dramatic boost in their home’s curb appeal.
