- In order to put her house on the market, this client wanted to freshen up her trim
- Over time it had become stained due to algae and mildew accumulating over the years
- First we pressure washed with a bleach solution to kill algae spores
- Then applied two coats of Diamond Exterior Semi Gloss to complete the look. Now her house is ready to sell!
