- Any areas of failing paint were scraped, sanded and primed to prepare all surfaces for painting
- Siding, soffits, shingles, gutters, downspouts, fascia, window trim, door frames, doors, deck and deck railings were repainted to match previous colours in Shark Skin Deck and Siding Stain
