- Full pressure wash all external house surfaces including siding, fascia and trim
- Scraped away lose flaking paint, feather sanded the edges and primed the bare wood with oil primer
- Brushed and rolled Cloverdale Premium Sharkskin Solid Stain on all of the green wood siding
- Brushed and rolled Cloverdale premium Ecologic Semi gloss on all of the yellow fascia, soffits, trim and railings
