Every quality exterior project begins with a strong foundation—and for this charming home, that meant thorough surface prep. We started by pressure washing all siding and trim to remove years of built-up dirt and organic debris. Once dried, we scraped all flaking areas, sanded for smoothness and adhesion, and spot-primed all bare wood to ensure long-lasting coverage.

With prep complete, our team applied two coats by brush and roller to the aluminum siding, providing a durable and even finish. All window and door frames, along with the fascia boards, were also given two coats by brush for detailed, precise results that highlight the architectural lines of the home.

The homeowners chose a clean and modern palette, combining a soft cream for the body with a bold charcoal trim. The result is a striking contrast that beautifully updates the home while complementing its surrounding greenery and natural textures.
