We appreciated knowing when the workers were going to arrive, and they were always on time. She makes sure the job is done right and carefully inspects everything during the project.
Most important for us, she wants the job done well, not quickly. Amber is easy to communicate with, and is very accessible. She backs her project–both before the job is done and especially after it is completed. She does what she says she will do. What more can you ask for?
